The program is a minimum 3 months but we find that most clients stay on for a minimum of 6 months as it can really take some time to see big changes & develop the tools to sustain this journey long term!

 

3 months is actually the perfect starting point for people!

 

This time frame is PERFECT way for you to start to develop the starting point to really sustain this lifestyle long term, as well as see some results!

Once the 3 months are up, coaching rolls over to a monthly basis and you are free to continue on for as long as you like!  

 

3 months is just a minimum term to help you start this journey & see some results!

 

Everything will stay the same, the only difference is you do not need stay on for another 3 months and can cancel by the month. 

 

Note: this is not a challenge, it is a lifestyle change!

 

Package 1 = You receive a personalised meal plan based on personalised macros.

Meal plans will update once a week at your check in.

This removes the need for you to track / also gives you the option of having a base meal plan idea to follow however it goes for 7 days & does not update every day.

 

Package 2 = You self track to hit assigned macros personalised to you & your specific goals.

You pick what you eat daily. This option has more flexibility and means you can change what you eat daily. You will receive education and feedback to help hit your targets.

Meal plans are updated once a week.

This is to make your food easy to organise and save time / money on visits to the grocery store!

All you need to do is go to the store once, prep your food and you are good to go!

Macros are macronutrients.

 

Your body needs these nutrients in larger amounts in order to function properly as macro means large.

 

In addition, all of these nutrients provide your body with energy measured in the form of calories or kcals. There are three types of macronutrients: carbohydrates, proteins, and fats.

Check ins are completed once a week.

 

This is a detailed form where we will ask you a series of questions to provide feedback to your coach, reflect upon the week and receive a personalised check in response from your coach to improve the next week.

Meal plans are only available to Australia, USA & UK Residents.

 

AngelFit meal plans works with the these food databases so unfortunately, we are unfamiliar with the product list in stores outside of these countries due to the different grocery stores.

 

All meal plans can be tailored to your dietary concerns for an extra $10 AUD Per week.

 

AngelFit is all about BALANCE, so you are more than welcome to enjoy food / drinks out weekly!

We do recommend keeping it to once a week as it can impact your results however this is totally possible!

Simply let your coach know & she will help educate you on how to do this.

Your training program is personalised to you and your individual goals / preferences / how many days you’d like to train.

 

Your training program will be on an application with exercise demos & the opportunity to track your workouts, food intake & daily habits.

 

You do not need access to a gym – however if you train at home, you will need access to at least a set of dumb bells & booty bands.

 

This is because because to see amazing results, we need to apply progressive overload so having some basic weights will ensure you’re improving week by week will make a huge difference to you and your goals.

Everything is purely online. AngelFit does not offer face to face sessions.

Communication will be done via WhatsApp.

You will receive messages from your coach Monday-Saturday and follow up replies will take no more than a few hours.

If you complete the min term of 3 months successfully by: 

  • completing all workouts
  • checking in weekly
  • communicating with coach when issues arise
  • & filming for form feedback
  • apply all knowledge given
